About Tom Case
Tom grew up in a long line of Industry Leaders. Father Stan (Case Pacific) and Grandfather Vern (Case International) owned deep foundation drilling businesses. Tom graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in 1986 with a degree in Construction Management. He has spent over 35 years in the industry in civil, commercial, and industrial construction. He worked in senior positions in both private and public companies, Granite and Sundt Construction. Tom recently led construction and design for owner/developer Replay Destinations on complex resort developments. In 2019, Tom formed TCM Services, LLC, partnering with firms to drive organizational improvements, cultivate operational efficiencies and improve succession planning. 1987-2014 Granite Construction Company, Watsonville, CA
Estimator, Project Manager, Regional Manager, Corporate Officer, and SVP
SVP with profit responsibility focused on estimating, project management, and continuous improvements. Led design build and CMGC work in several western states, acquisition integrations, implementation of six sigma & lean practices and succession planning at key levels organizationally.
2014-2017 Sundt Construction Company, Tempe, AZ
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer -Board of Directors
Led diverse operating groups in creation of company standards and project controls for operations. Updated risk management policies related to project selection and execution. Collaborated on strategic planning, training & development & succession planning.

Executive Vice President
Responsible for oversight and administration of construction-related activities, including contractor selection, design management, cost, schedule review, change order management and dispute resolution. Project portfolio included a wide variety of projects both inside and outside of the U.S. and North America.
